Geoffrey Nauth

Geoffrey Nauth has been financing income producing properties for over 40 years including facilities for non-profits and universities. He has extensive experience providing construction financing and refinancing of existing properties.

Through his 15 year career at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance he acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to originate and underwrite over two billion dollars in commercial real estate including numerous joint ventures throughout the US.

Mr. Nauth followed his NML career with a 20 year commercial banking career oriented towards development real estate for a variety of clients throughout the midwest.  In 2000 he began a mortgage banking career which he carries on today through Nauth Advisory Group LLC and Midwest Credit Lease LLC.

Mr. Nauth holds a BBA degree and an EMBA degree from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a concentration in corporate finance.
